Once the pricing and terms that you determine have been inserted to the Listing Agreement, along with our Promises of Service, a property Disclosure Statement is prepared. The Listing Agreement, the Property Disclosure Statement and an up-to-date Title are the minimum documentation required before we can begin to market your home.
